Adjustable Weight Bench
I was able to assemble within minutes. I am a bigger guy, so I needed something sturdy. This bench is very sturdy. I love the exercise chart that came with it too. The bench is great for workouts with dumbells, but I also use elastic bands as well. And, with the versatile angles on the bench, I'm able to do some ab work too. Great for easy home workouts for sure.

Really nice quality, especially for the price; the bang for buck makes me wonder why some commercial gyms won't upgrade when their benches are run down and options such as this exist.
The back is nice and wide for stability and sturdiness; the ability to adjust isn't super easy/smooth to use, but we think this may improve with repeated motion or perhaps a squirt of WD40. The padding isn't super cushioned, but it is sturdy, and allows you to sink in just enough for more stability during movements.
My boyfriend was able to assemble it in about 30 minutes or less.
